Coaching

You have the title. Now find the freedom.

You’ve worked hard to get where you are. But success isn’t just about what you’ve achieved. It’s also about how you feel, the life you’re living and whether it still reflects what matters to you.

When success doesn’t quite feel the way you imagined.

01

You’re the one everyone turns to.

You’re used to carrying responsibility, supporting others and being the person with the answers.

02

You’ve achieved a lot, but something is missing.

You keep reaching the next milestone, but the fulfilment you expected doesn’t always follow.

03

You know something needs to change.

Your energy, wellbeing or priorities are telling you that the way you’re doing things isn’t necessarily sustainable.

Honest fit

This is for you if…

  • You’re ambitious, capable and ready for something to change.
  • You want to keep your ambition without constantly pushing at the expense of yourself.
  • You’re willing to explore how you live and work, not just what you deliver.
  • You value a thinking partner who will challenge your perspective, ask the difficult questions and help you see things differently.
Ways of working

Coaching that works around you.

Every coaching relationship starts with a free 20-minute introductory call. It’s an opportunity to connect, understand what you’re looking for and explore whether we’d work well together.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll agree an approach that reflects your needs, priorities and what you want to achieve. The investment is discussed openly before we begin.

01

One-to-one coaching

Whether you’re looking for a single session or a more sustained coaching journey, we’ll find the right approach for you.

02

A holistic approach

My approach recognises the connection between mindset, wellbeing and the body. Alongside coaching, I also offer yoga and mindful movement as separate sessions for those who would like to explore this further.

The Jag Method

Four pillars. One whole-person approach.

Meaningful change starts with understanding what matters to you. The Jag Method brings together four pillars to help you move forward with greater purpose, confidence and fulfilment.

01

Clarity

Understand what you really want, what’s holding you back and what needs to change.

02

Confidence

Trust yourself, your strengths and your ability to navigate uncertainty.

03

Fulfilment

Create a life that reflects your values, ambitions and what genuinely makes you happy.

04

Courage

Challenge old patterns, make meaningful decisions and take action towards the life you want.

Coaching for the whole of you.

My approach combines executive coaching with mindfulness, yoga and mindful movement. Different tools and perspectives come together around you, recognising that your ambitions, mindset and wellbeing are all connected.

Work with me

Twenty minutes. An honest conversation.

The introductory call is free, and there is no pitch at the end of it. It exists so we can both find out whether this is the right work, at the right time, with the right person.

01

You send this form

A few lines about where you are. I read every one myself, usually the same day.

02

We find twenty minutes

I’ll personally get back to you with some times that work for us both.

03

An honest conversation

What’s actually going on, what you’ve tried, and whether this is the right help. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
